Recap of April 19th Action

San Antonio Spurs - Phoenix Suns

This gotta be the most exciting game of the day and three players stand out among the rest. Michael Finley was the first. He hit a 3 to tie the game for the 1st OT.Tim Duncan (no surprises) was the second. He hit his 1st 3-point of the season to tie the game again for the 2nd OT. And the last, Super-Sub Manu Ginobili. Ginobili drive through the lane and hit the lay-up to seal the deal for Spurs.

Worst Player : Shaq. Early Foul trouble, unable to imposehimself in the game.
Best Player: Tim Duncan. 40 points, 15 boards plus a "W" sums it up pretty much.

Cleveland Cavaliers - Washington Wizards

A physical game between two old rivals. Lebron scores, got hack, scores again, got hack agains and still scores. Wizards got no answer for him. Arenas shows glimpses of his long range shooting when he shot 4 3 point in a row.

Best Player : Without a doubt, Lebron "King" James.
Worst Player: DeShawn Stevenson. He couldnt walk the talk, calling James "over-rated" before the game.

New Orleans Hornet - Dallas Mavericks

Chris Paul debut in the playoff was nothing short of dazzling. He had 35 points and 10 assists and 4 steals. Dirk once again couldn't stamp his reputation as a franchise player when he couldnt perform in the 4th quarter again. Although he scored 31 points, he only scored 4 pts in the 4th. Jason Kidd, the much heralded missing jigsaw, scored 11 points and only 9 assists.

Best Player : Chris Paul. Outstanding Stats for a Debut.
Worst Player : Dirk. It could have been Kidd but Kidd is still kinda new on this team.

Utah Jazz - Houston Rockets

Without Yao Ming and Rafer Alston, Houston Rockets is playing with one arm tie behind their back. Utah had a 34-29 rebounding edge through three quarters and Boozer hit 10 of 20 shots.Utah's reserves also played well, outscoring Houston's reserves 28-17.

Best Player: Deron William. Led well from the line with 20 Points and 10 asissts.
Worst Player: T-Mac. Shot 7 - 21 FG. Enough said.
